The Foundation trustees are credible captains of industry and commerce who believe in changing the world through education, and give freely of their time to promote the Foundation and its programmes.
- Nic Frangos is the Zimbabwean-born entrepreneur with an eye for opportunity and a director at global Equities, who likes to encourage entrepreneurship.
- Rodger Arnold Foster is the CEO and managing director of the SA Airlink (Pty) Ltd, where he has worked from June 1992 until now. He is the past chairman of the Airlines Association of Southern Africa (AASA), a representative body for all airlines found in the SADC region.
- Kuseni Dlamini is the Chairman of JSE-listed Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Ltd, the leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the southern hemisphere with operations in over 50 countries and has an extensive career in mining. He has promoted Africa for the World Economic Forum (WEF).
- Martin Sweet is a lawyer, marketer, social entrepreneur, and activist. The Primedia director has spearheaded many community programmes including 'Step Up 2 a Start Up'.
